Bell Partners in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance duties across our community. You will handle routine repairs, servicing equipment, and support the Maintenance Supervisor to keep resident spaces safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability
• Willingness to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work with mechanical/electrical equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep
• Respond to resident repair requests and maintenance concerns promptly
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor
• Maintain resident privacy and proper access to apartments
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and company policies
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, and repairs as needed
• Attend mandatory training and safety sessions
