RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep indoor and outdoor property areas clean, safe, and functional. You will respond to service requests, perform make-ready tasks for new residents, and assist with cost-control through efficient repairs and proper material use.

The role requires routine property inspections, coordinating with vendors and maintaining accurate documentation. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications required for refrigerant handling.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from residents within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Fix rather than replace parts when possible to control costs.
• Track inventory and requisition materials; notify supervisor for reorders.
• Document work orders accurately so services are traceable.
• Inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Attend safety meetings and adhere to OSHA and safety policies.
• Provide respectful resident interactions and respond to maintenance inquiries.
