RangeWater Real Estate, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties clean, safe, and functional for residents. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high standards of property condition.

Role emphasizes safety, proper tool use, and proactive repairs. You will participate in routine inspections and OSHA-related training to ensure compliant maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends when scheduled.
• Able to work outdoors and tolerate variable weather.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with basic building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Supports cost-saving by fixing rather than replacing parts where possible.
• Tracks inventory and returns unused items to the maintenance shop.
• Documents work orders and communications clearly for record-keeping.
• May inspect work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports incidents promptly.
• Assists in routine property inspections to identify safety needs.
