Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. The role demands completing resident service requests promptly and performing make-ready tasks for move-ins.

You will diagnose issues, repair or replace components, track supplies, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining paperwork and safety standards. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Repairs rather than replacing parts when possible to reduce costs.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates with vendors for materials.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking.
• Inspects contractor work for quality and compliance.
• Attends safety meetings and completes required training.
• Provides courteous, responsive service to residents and teammates.
