Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property interiors, exteriors, and amenities clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete make-ready tasks for new residents with attention to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include handling resident service requests, managing work orders, and maintaining proper inventory while adhering to safety standards and property policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with residents and staff.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs safely following procedures and codes.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Tackle work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain inventory, track supplies, and report re-order needs to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
