Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities in Orlando. You will diagnose defects, complete work orders, and ensure safety and code compliance while supporting on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, assisting in make-ready processes, managing inventory, and documenting work accurately. EPA refrigerant certifications and valid driver’s license required; strong attention to detail and safe

• Experience diagnosing and repairing building systems per code.
• Ability to complete work orders and close requests promptly.
• EPA refrigerant certification and valid licenses required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Maintains inventory, tracks usage, and reports restocking needs.
• Documents work accurately to support service tracking.
• Adheres to safety policies and applicable regulations.
