Greystar is seeking an on-site Service Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance across our Garden-style communities in the Florida region. You will diagnose defects, repair systems, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting make-ready processes for new move-ins.

The role requires EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. Expect a comprehensive benefits package and a schedule that includes on-call duties and flexibility.

Qualificações

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1 and II or Universal).
• State/local jurisdictions may require additional certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems meet safety and quality standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing via make-ready process and inspects completed work.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory with proper tracking and re-ordering when needed.
• Documents service requests timely and accurately for record-keeping.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Contributes to cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Formação académica
