Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, make-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory control, and timely documentation. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call duties in varied weather and schedules.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications required for all technicians.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including inspections and punch lists.
• Access materials from maintenance, track inventory, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
