Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings and common areas at a Garden property. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality in line with company standards.

The role covers make-ready work for new move-ins, inventory management, and general groundskeeping. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts is required; EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local certifications as required by jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and policy standards.
• Makes the 'make-ready' process for vacant units and coordinates vendor work as needed.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities and supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts.
