Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-ready processes for new move-ins.

Ideal candidates hold EPA refrigerant licenses (Type I/II/Universal), have a valid driver's license, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials and track inventory, and notifies on reordering needs.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
