Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property interiors, grounds and amenities meet company standards for safety and functionality.

Essential tasks include completing work orders, performing make-ready tasks for vacant units, managing parts and inventory, and maintaining common areas. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations where applicable.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move inspections and punch lists.
• Access materials and tools from maintenance; track and return items, notify supervisor on reorders.
• Document service requests accurately to ensure proper tracking and records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist in cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible; use tools correctly.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
