Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across a garden-style property. Responsibilities include completing work orders, pre-move inspections, and daily upkeep of common areas to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• State/local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and conducts pre-move inspections.
• Track inventory and coordinate with maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service activities accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, assist in repairs and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
