Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role covers repairs, make-ready processes, inventory control, and routine grounds maintenance.

Applicants must hold EPA refrigerant certifications, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits are included with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1/II or Universal.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• Must meet state/local certification requirements for service technicians.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code standards.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Manage materials inventory and document usage for service requests.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repair rather than replacement when possible.
