Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building systems, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and assist in make-ready tasks for vacant units while ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety policies.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver's license for on-site operations, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required for all technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials, tools, and inventory through the maintenance department and notifies for re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
