PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. The role emphasizes resident service, timely repairs, and preventative maintenance, with on-call rotations and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in maintenance, EPA Type I/II preferred, and be able to work weekends/holidays as needed. Must reside within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Live within 30 miles of property.
• Reliable transportation; rotating on-call schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service requests and repairs promptly.
• Monitor inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and uphold safety policies.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and supervisors.
• Assist with move-ins/outs and maintenance turns.
• Perform scheduled maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and maintain curb appeal.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain maintenance logs and records.
