Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple property locations. You will perform upkeep, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and maintain safety and cleanliness across communities.

The role emphasizes resident service, collaboration with a maintenance team, and adherence to preventative maintenance programs. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of maintenance experience, preferably in apartments.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property and be able to work rotating on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep community operations running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory of equipment, tools, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and safety standards.
• Communicate with residents, vendors and supervisors.
• Complete repairs thoroughly and in a timely manner.
