Westminster Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Plainsboro, NJ. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping properties safe, functional, and attractive for residents.

Expect hands-on repairs, on-call emergencies, and collaboration with the property management team to prioritize tasks. Come prepared with 1–3 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/HVAC/carpentry and appliance repairs, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with work-order systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus,Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Be the fix-it pro by handling a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance maintenance.
