Westminster Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to keep our residences safe, functional, and welcoming. You’ll handle repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to maintenance requests with professionalism and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of property maintenance experience and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and appliance maintenance; complete make-readies for new residents.
• Keep it Pretty: painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.
