Westminster-Management is seeking an energetic Property Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe, functional, and appealing for residents. You will perform repairs, paint, carpentry, and preventative maintenance while delivering outstanding resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of property maintenance or handyman experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with work orders or mobile apps. The role supports a fast-paced, on-site environment with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance or handyman experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Be the fix-it pro, handle repairs from plumbing to electrical tasks and appliance maintenance.
• Perform make-readies for new residents and maintain property aesthetics.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies; rotate on-call schedule.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep equipment in top condition.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize repairs and plan larger projects.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and team members.
