Job summary

Westminster-Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-readies for new residents. The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, plus a valid driver’s license and customer-focused service.

You will collaborate with the property management team, handle emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule, and contribute to keeping properties safe, functional, and attractive

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro! Handle a wide range of repairs, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and appliance maintenance. Complete make-readies for incoming residents.
• Keep it Pretty! Ensure the property looks its best by completing painting, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks.
• Tackle Emergencies! Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies with confidence and efficiency. Work a rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Stay Ahead! Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top shape.
• Collaborate! Work with the property management team to prioritize repairs and plan for larger projects.
• Wow Residents! Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
