Embrace Living Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and repair the housing community, maintain grounds, and ensure welcoming homes for residents. The role involves on-call emergency response, multi-trade repairs, and collaboration with vendors and the management team.

The successful candidate will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks, monitor safety, manage supplies, and support pest control and general upkeep to sustain a quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and repair building structures and grounds.
• Respond to emergency situations on-call 24/7.
• Inspect equipment and systems for issues and perform repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and landscaping tasks.
