Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s upkeep and preserve asset value. You will assist in interior and exterior repairs and provide strong resident service, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, inventory monitoring, daily inspections, and timely completion of service requests. A solid repair background and good communication are essential; HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, OSHA-approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections of the community.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.
• Report time and attendance and be available for emergencies.
