The role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, turnovers, and responding to resident service requests. Candidates should be proficient in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. You will complete work orders, perform turnovers, assist the custodian, and manage grounds maintenance and snow removal.

Qualifications

Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting skills are required.
Experience completing work orders and refurbishing turnovers.
Able to assist custodians and handle grounds maintenance and snow removal.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks across trades.
Complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
Refurbish turnovers and handle resident service requests.
