Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks: HVAC filter changes, plumbing inspections, electrical checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly and efficiently.
• Address tenant maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues to minimize disruptions.
• Repair or replace doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures; patch and paint as needed.
• Maintain exterior areas: lawns, walkways, and common spaces; manage snow and debris removal.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations; document inspections and maintenance schedules.
