Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join a two-person team at a 100-unit affordable housing community in Greenville, PA.

A dedicated custodian on site allows maintenance staff to focus on repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers, and resident service requests, with a on-call rotation. You will perform routine electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks, complete work orders, assist with cleaning, grounds work, and snow removal.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb and reach.
• Valid State Driver's License with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting.
• Complete work orders and refurbish turnovers.
• Assist custodian with cleaning common spaces as needed.
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal.
• 24/7 emergency on-call rotation required.
