Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on our properties and ensure tenants live in excellent conditions. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, minor repairs, and grounds care, with on-call duties and travel for training as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 2+ years in property maintenance, with strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
