Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Three to five years apartment maintenance experience.
• English fluency (read, write, speak).
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance functions including light bulb changes and general upkeep.
• Repairs/installs locks, window coverings, caulking, painting, and pool upkeep.
• Handles electrical, plumbing, roofing, gutters and flooring tasks as needed.
• Inspects and coordinates make-ready repairs; ensures safety; on-call after hours.
• Maintains logs for maintenance, pool, HVAC, and safety inspections.
