Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• EPA/HVAC certification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Assist in apartment make-readies, including cleaning and painting.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of property and common areas.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisor as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Assist with snow removal, pool maintenance, and seasonal tasks.
