Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on interior and exterior spaces, ensuring the property remains safe, clean and well-presented for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include handling work orders, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, and coordinating with vendors to complete repairs efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on interiors, exteriors, grounds and common areas to meet standards.
• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Prepare units for leasing and new move-ins with punch lists and coordinating vendors.
• Track materials and inventory, and document work orders for records.
• Ensure safety standards and code compliance in all tasks.
• Assist in inspections and communicate needs to management.
