Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep inside and exterior property areas in excellent condition. You will handle tasks from routine upkeep to make-ready of vacant units while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience, with EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications. The role requires flexibility including weekends and local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks to keep buildings, grounds and amenities clean, safe, and functional.
• Completes resident work orders within 24–48 hours and prepares vacants for move-ins (make-ready).
• Inspects work, inventories supplies, and coordinates with vendors; follows safety policies and OSHA rules.
