Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance requests, repairs, and make-ready tasks across our properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while coordinating with vendors and the management team.

You should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of property management software; a valid driver's license is required for on-site work and local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Experience preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in communication and delivering service to residents at all levels.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata Yardi or One Site) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine property upkeep.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacants: pre-move-out inspection, punch list, vendor scheduling, and final inspections.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts where possible and using materials efficiently.
