Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, and manage work orders on a busy residential property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required for technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles or golf carts.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems per work orders and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and maintain punch lists.
• Track materials, stock, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document work orders accurately for proper recordkeeping.
• Assist in grounds and common area maintenance and perform painting or cleaning as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when feasible.
