Job summary

Greystar seeks a Service Technician to perform essential maintenance and ensure property cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete make-ready tasks, and document work orders on a responsive Tucson-area property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Onsite work includes grounds and common-area upkeep and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certification required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license to operate on-property equipment may be required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance while following safety and code guidelines.
• Pursues make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and vendor coordination.
• Maintains inventory, documents work, and notifies supervisors of re-order needs.
• Assists in grounds, common areas, and amenity upkeep; performs cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-saving measures by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
