Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and maintain units, grounds, and common areas across the property in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, coordinating make-ready tasks for leases, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf carts on property.
• State and local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Manage materials from maintenance department and re-order as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
