Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. You will handle work orders, prevent maintenance tasks, and prepare units for new residents, while keeping spaces in compliance with safety policies.

Key duties include inventory control, issuing repairs, and assisting with grounds and common areas maintenance.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance across the property.
• Executes make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
