Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes diagnosing defects, completing work orders, and assisting with make-readies for new move-ins.

Applicants must have EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver's license. The position offers on-site work in Florida with a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonus

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• State/local jurisdiction certification requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Follows make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials and inventory through maintenance department and notifies supervisor on reorders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; handles cleaning and minor painting tasks.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
