Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license. You will work onsite, supporting property operations with a focus on safety and efficiency, and participate in ongoing safety trainings.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification as required for service technicians.
• State and local certifications as required by jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing and repairing defects per policies and codes.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling, and ensuring completion.
• Manages materials, inventory, and procurement through maintenance department; tracks usage and notifies on re-orders.

Formation

EPA Type 1 & 2 or Universal Refrigerant Certification

Valid Driver's License
