Job summary

Greystar in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar's standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

The role involves performing and documenting work orders, completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, maintaining inventory, and supporting cost-control by using materials efficiently while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license required for property operation.
• State/local certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks materials, equipment, and inventory; notifies supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests and inspections.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by using parts and materials efficiently and safely.
