Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per safety standards and code requirements.
• Performs the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, and scheduling vendors.
• Manages materials and inventory from the maintenance department and notifies re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible and using tools properly.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
