Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and maintenance tasks across the property. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, prepare vacant homes for leasing, manage inventory, and help keep grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and safe.

The role requires EPA certifications for refrigerants, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1/II or universal required.
• State and local certifications as applicable.
• Valid driver's license to operate on property grounds.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Obtains materials and tools from maintenance, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Completes documentation promptly for service requests and records outcomes.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
