Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. The role involves troubleshooting, completing work orders, and supporting make-ready processes for vacant units.

Candidates should hold EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/Type II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and inspect work.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and coordinate with the maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and support safety compliance.
