Job summary

Asset Living in Columbus, GA is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to support property operations. You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, prepare units for new residents, and assist with pool maintenance and safety inspections.

Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.
