Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site duties at our properties in Columbus, GA. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to ensure community goals are met.

You will assist with make‑ready processes, manage work orders, and help maintain safe, clean common areas while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site software proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is important.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance as directed by supervisors.
• Assist with make-ready processes and inventory management; maintain safety standards and records.
• Support in-maintenance operations, including pool care and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Maintain relationship with residents to project a positive community image.
