Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance operations across our properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, making repairs, and helping with make-readies and safety audits. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, cosmetic).
• Support make-ready process under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain areas and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logging as required.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and inspections.
• On-call emergency support at the community.
