Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to perform maintenance duties at a Florida property. You’ll address work orders, perform preventative tasks, and assist in making-ready vacant units while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license. Expect a mix of indoor/outdoor work, on-call rotation, and collaboration with vendors to maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs.
• EPA refrigerant certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for property access.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per safety standards.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Track inventory and document service activities.
• Assist groundskeeping and common area upkeep as needed.
• Support cost-control by using parts efficiently.
