Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Charleston, SC to maintain building systems, grounds, and common areas to meet safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready tasks for vacant units.

Ideal candidates hold EPA refrigerant certifications, state and local licenses as required, and a valid driver’s license for on-site vehicle use.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for refrigerant handling (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State and local jurisdiction certifications must be held.
• Driver's license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-readies for vacant units and prep for new move-ins.
• Access materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document work orders accurately for tracking and records.
