Job summary

Greystar Seaside in Charleston, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled building and grounds maintenance, diagnose issues, and complete work orders. The role includes make-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory tracking, and upholding safety standards across the property.

The candidate must hold EPA refrigerant certifications (Type I/II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license for golf cart operations.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I and II or Universal are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues and complete work orders.
• Perform make-ready inspections and prep vacant units for leasing.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist with safety compliance.
• Participate in safety trainings and report incidents promptly.
