Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to Greystar standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and assist in preparing vacant units for leasing.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certification, valid driver’s license, and compliance with safety policies. A rotating on-call schedule and 8am-5pm workdays are included.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for refrigerant recycling.
• All state and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and conduct pre-move-out inspections.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service activities for proper tracking.

Education

EPA Type 1 & II or Universal Refrigerant Certification

Valid driver's license
