Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 & II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects and perform repairs per policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacancies including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Manage materials by tracking inventory and returning unused items.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Assist in grounds maintenance, cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Help control costs by repairing parts rather than replacing them when feasible.
