Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building interiors, exteriors, amenities, and grounds in accordance with property standards. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and coordinating the make-ready process for new residents.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to OSHA safety standards. Candidates should be prepared for flexible schedule and on-site work across property grounds.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property, if applicable.
• All state/local certifications as required by jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects from resident service requests and repair per policy and code.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Track materials, supplies, equipment, and notify supervision for re-orders.
• Complete documentation for service requests in a timely, accurate manner.
